Our Mission.
Located in the middle of the eighth district, opposite the old AKH (General Hospital) on the top floor of a house from the late 19th century, we see ourselves as a law firm for modern Vienna. A city in which a wide variety of players determine the course of business: (international) employees, works councils and their representatives (chambers of labor and trade unions) on the one hand, and corporate subsidiaries, long-established companies and start-ups on the other.
Our specialization in the areas of labor law, social law, IP/IT law, privacy law, data policy law, corporate law and general commercial and civil law fully meets all the needs and/or wishes of these target groups. The services of our law firm include both out-of-court advice and support for our clients as well as representation in the context of legal disputes before court and public authorities.
